Our Location
NIMA Residences are nestled in the charming town of Palairos, Aetolia-Acarnania, just steps from the sea and surrounded by green hills and island views. This peaceful location makes our paleros villas the perfect base for a relaxing vacation and for exploring the natural and cultural beauty of western Greece.
Easily accessible by air, road, or sea, Palairos is just 23 km from Aktion Airport, three hours from Athens, and within reach of major ports like Patras and Igoumenitsa. The private marina nearby welcomes boats, while Lefkada and the famous island of Skorpios lie just across the bay.
