NIMA Village Regulations

The owner of the accommodation is not entitled to enter the accommodation without prior notification and confirmation from the guest. The owner may enter the accommodation in the absence of the guest only when there is reason for concern that the accommodation or the guest is in danger or that the guest has violated the rules of the accommodation.

The owner is not responsible for the guest's belongings, but will do everything can be done to protect and warn the guest of possible dangers. We recommend that you always use the safe deposit box provided at the accommodation for your valuables.

Pets are not allowed. The addition of pets without prior notice is not allowed and the owner has the right to cancel the reservation.

Parties and loud music are not allowed in the accommodation without prior notice and written permission from the owner.

Noise levels: In accordance with Greek Law, guests are required to keep noise levels to a minimum between the hours of 14:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 8:00. Out of respect to the residents of neighboring houses/ accommodation please keep the noise level within tolerable limits and do not play loud music during the designated hours.

Inappropriate behavior and use of alcohol or drugs: Moderate and controlled use of alcohol on the premises is perfectly acceptable, while possession and use of drugs is strictly prohibited (by law) at all times. The owner reserves the right to immediately terminate a guest's stay, without notice or refund, in the event of any assault, violence (verbal or physical), disturbance of neighbors, property damage, or any use of alcohol or drugs deemed inappropriate.

Smoking is strictly prohibited within the accommodation. In the accommodation there are outdoor areas where you can smoke without any restriction.

Furniture, equipment and household utensils. Guests are requested to handle furniture and equipment with care. Accidents or minor damage (up to 50 euros) will not be charged to guests. In case of lost keys at the entrance doors of the accommodation, an additional charge of EUR 50 applies for changing the locks.

A guest who causes damage to the property intentionally or by accident will be required to make full reparation for the damage.

The number of guests allowed during the stay is the number of persons agreed upon at the time of booking. In the event that upon arrival or during the stay there are additional guests than the number of persons agreed upon and the accommodation has not received prior notice, the owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation or to impose additional charges.

On the day of your arrival, you may enter the property after the specified arrival time (indicated in the booking confirmation). On the day of departure, please leave the accommodation by the agreed departure time.

No vehicles are allowed inside the complex. Guest vehicles may only enter for the purpose of loading and unloading luggage. Outside and in front of NIMA Village there are 3 designated parking spaces that can be used by guests. Other cars can park around the complex, in the public area, without any financial compensation.

A guest who violates the policies of the property and disturbs the peace and quiet may be evicted without notice. If the owner cancels the reservation due to a violation of the accommodation policies, the guest is obliged to pay the total agreed amount regardless of a shorter stay.

We assume that the guest is aware of the policies of the accommodation and agrees to the obligations and conditions set by the accommodation. Disputes that cannot be resolved by agreement with the owner will be resolved through police intervention or in court. Guest complaints will only be considered if they are reported during the stay. Complaints after departure will not be considered.

Upon request of the guest, additional cleaning of the room is possible. The cost for extra cleaning is 16 EUR and will be carried out the day after the request.

Due to the low capacity of the drainage pipes, please place toilet paper in the bin located in the bathroom - never in the toilet.

Tap water is not potable. Please buy bottled water from the supermarket. You will find available in your refrigerator a sufficient amount to cover day 1.

Electricity in the room is activated by a card that will be given to you upon arrival at the accommodation. Please do not leave the card in the room during your absence. In addition, due to the risk of fire, when leaving the room, please remember to turn off any electrical appliances that may be on in the accommodation's kitchen.

Garbage on site is a source of germs, so please dispose of it in the municipal bins outside NIMA Village.

For the safety of guests, security cameras have been installed in the accommodation area and only at the entrance and the external corridor. For fire safety purposes, fire extinguishers are prominently located in each lodge.
